Peregian Breeze is an environmentally sensitive residential estate developed by Lateral Properties.  Our aim is to maintain the natural atmosphere of the area, with consideration to the environment and to ensure that the style and quality of housing is complementary to the surrounding area. Below is a copy of the full Building Guidelines, which should be read in its entirety and passed on to your builder if proceeding with purchasing a block of Land or House and Land in the Peregian Breeze estate.
